Which data do we process?
The name, phone number, project type, location, approximate area and message you write in the project brief form. The form does not store this on our website's server; it opens WhatsApp on your device with a ready-made message, and you send it. The message you send, and anything you tell us by phone or e-mail, reaches us.
If you accept measurement cookies, usage data such as the pages you visit, approximate location, device and browser is processed through Google Analytics.
For what purpose and on what legal ground?
Your request details are processed to assess your request, get back to you and prepare a quote, on the grounds that this is necessary to enter into a contract and of our legitimate interest. Measurement data is processed only with your explicit consent, to improve the site.
Who receives the data?
Messages you send by WhatsApp pass through WhatsApp's (Meta's) infrastructure. If you accept measurement cookies, usage data is sent to Google. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts and the map on the contact page from Google Maps; your IP address is sent to Google when they load. The servers of these providers may be outside Türkiye.
Your data is not shared with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long is it kept?
Your request details are kept until your request is concluded and the relevant legal periods have passed, and are then deleted.
Cookies
The site uses no measurement cookies unless you accept them. If you accept, Google Analytics cookies (those starting with _ga) are set. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage; you can change it at any time with the button below.
Your rights
Under article 11 of Law no. 6698 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing and to claim compensation for damage. You can send requests in writing to the address above or to destek@bennainterior.com.
