What is turnkey interior architecture and how does it run?

Turnkey means that the whole job, from design to building, is run by one team and the space is handed over ready to use.

One contact, one responsibility

Instead of dealing separately with a designer, tradespeople and suppliers, you work with a single team. The same team is responsible for a decision made in the drawings being built the same way on site.

The process has four steps

First the space is measured on site and the needs are set. Then the concept and materials are settled on 3D images, the working drawings are prepared, and finally the site is run and the space handed over.

Budget and schedule are discussed at the start

Once the scope, materials and work items are known, cost and duration become predictable. Putting in writing what is included before work begins is healthy for both sides.

Who is it for?

It is the most comfortable route for people who cannot leave their work or home to follow a site, for businesses that must open on a set date, and for anyone who does not want the design to be diluted in the build.
